Refund vouchers are calculated based on the customer’s actual spending during the day according to data on the recorded card system.

Participation criteria

• Customers use their membership card to participate in this promotion.
• The total spending amount is calculated based on the data on the membership card that the customer used to play.
• The time to calculate the customer’s total actual spending per day is from the time the Club opens until the time it closes (11:00 to 2:00).

Term & Conditions

1. The Promotion is open to all membership card holders.
2. Eligible members can redeem vouchers on the next day & will expire after 7 days from the issuance date.
3. To activate and utilize Bonus Credits rewards, Eligible Members must insert the membership card in any Machines and activate it. Bonus Credit only is used on the issuance day. 
4. Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-cashable.
5. Jade Club shall have the right to amend any of the Terms and Conditions, withdraw or discontinue the Promotion and / or change the time of the Promotion at any time without prior notice. All matters and disputes arising out of this Promotion will be subject to the final decision of Jade Club.
6. By participating in the Promotion, the participant is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other instructions, terms, and conditions that Jade Club may issue from time to time.
