HOUSE RULES & REGULATIONS
- Club is restricted to only Foreign and or overseas Vietnam nationality.
- Club require all guests to declare passport at the Security Check Counter for verification formality.
- Kindly proceed to the Cashier Counter for selection of slot machines or electronic table gaming.
- Cash or credit card exchange and pay out are only at Cashier Counters.
- Dress code smart casual. The Club reserves the rights to refuse guest entry if guest found not properly attired, intoxicated, unstable condition, rowdy behavior and refusal to adhere to guidelines set.
- Storage facilities are available upon request at the Cashier Counter. The Management is indemnified and bears no responsibility in case of any losses or damages not registered at the Cashier Counter.
- Outside food and beverage are not allowed into the Club.
- All cameras, recording equipment are not allowed into the Club.
- No prior booking of slot machines or electronic table gaming are allowed.
- Security and Club personnel reserve all rights to intervene, immediate seizure of any electronic machines and escort guest out of the Club if found acts of trickery, illegal activities or affecting the business environment of the Club.
- Any mishandling or damages to the electronic machines will be solely borne by the guest in accordance to the "Damage List" set by the Club.
- Club reserves all rights to cease operation of any electronic machines without any prior notice if found technical error. "Malfunction Voids All Plays & Pay".
- Club Duty Manager is readily available at your service for all enquiries and assistance.
- The Club and its patrons shall not tolerate excessive noise or shouting within the Club's premises.
- The Club reserves all rights to alter and nullify any of the above conditions and premises operation time whichever deemed appropriate without any prior notification.
